To begin with I can't remember ever leaving a google review before.
I approached this car park burger van with no idea about what I was about to experience. I was wet, hungry and after a good feed.
I asked the chef for the biggest burger he could rustle up. He replied with, 'Try the Dracula burger'.
Straight away I realised I was in for a treat.
I agreed and he got to work. The level of skill he had was far beyond that of a casual burger van cook. Flying around the small kitchen with flair and finesse.
Before long my burger was ready!
I took the first bite and may I say it was the best burger I have ever had! (I have a had many many burgers from high end joints but this was very special indeed).
The love, passion and care that went into it was second to none. The flavour combinations were unreal.
This chef deserves a medal. What a guy, I wish him all the success in the world. If I ever go near I will 100% be taking a detour to get another.
Please get a Dracula if you get a chance. You will not be dissapointed!- Reservation

Me and the Mrs stumbled across this burger van in a car park in Croyde whilst on a walk.
I went for a chicken shawarma wrap because I thought I’d be let down with the burger expecting it to be an overpriced frozen patty from Iceland. When I saw him preparing a burger for someone else I had to order one as well. Perfect smashed patty in a seeded brioche bun, onions, bacon, lettuce, cheese, gherkin, ketchup. Perfection. The wrap was also absolutely superb as well. £10 each was pricy for a snack from a van in a carpark but I’d pay it again any day of the week. Lovely chap who took his time preparing each order with care and detail. Well worth it and hope to find him again some day. 10/10. See pictures for reference.- Food

The best burgers we’ve found in the UK! Exactly what we wanted, real beef burgers with the simple trimmings of lettuce, tomato, onions and gherkins and a sauce of our choice. Friendly service. A few minutes to be freshly made while we enjoyed the park across the road. Make the detour to this gem set in a convenient public parking.

Firstly, what a lovely guy! Dressed in chefs whites and immaculate and work station was pristine. Really tasty burger, fresh salad, juicy tomatoes. Lots of options - we had the All In One with double patties, ice cold drinks from the fridge, huge portion of chips, lots of sauce options and toppings to choose from. Came highly recommended and did not disappoint

We both had a Halloumi Burger with chips at Tapeley Park today, didn't have high expectations but watched them being freshly made, with mushrooms, avocado, salad etc etc and they were great. Highly recommended.

Turned up as it was closing for the day but we were still welcomed warmly. Ordered 2 chicken shawarma wraps and hot dog for kid. Wraps were amazingly tasty and also surprised that hot dog was using british sausage than the ultra-processed can stuff. Good banter as well. Won't hesitate to visit again!

Definitely one of or the best in barnstaple. Beautiful burgers, love the shawarma wrap 😋 and the coffee is good too. Remus, the owner is a really nice person who takes pride in his food.

Hi. Big pleasure to be a costumer of that delicious food. Had to ordered a double beefburger ( homemade, what is real rare in UK or Cornwall), single burger and a chips. R&R Burger Van is hands down a hidden gem! Their burgers are cooked to perfection — juicy, flavorful, and packed with fresh ingredients. You can tell they care about quality with every bite.
